夜骑
大半个月没骑车了，今天晚上和骑友上了一趟龙井山，差点没把这条老命给要了，骑到最后一截真想下来推着走。一段时间不锻炼退步的很厉害，看别的车友3上3下，佩服的不得了，为了我的西藏之行，以后得加强锻炼了。
